Welcome to Montessori on the Park, Victoria Park London

Montessori in Victoria Park is a private day care nursery situated in a stunning converted church on the St Marks Gate of Victoria Park and the end of Cadogan Terrace.  The Nursery is perfectly positioned for both local residents and commuters into central London.

We are open from 8:00am – 6:00pm, 48 weeks of the year and care for children from 3 months to 5 years.

Our philosophy is that every child we care for deserves a calm, caring, safe and stimulating environment in which to learn.

Taking care of our staff’s wellbeing is of prime importance to us and we are proud to have been voted the 14th best place to work in the whole of the UK.

We adhere to our registration on the Ofsted Early Years Register. This monitors the overall quality standards of the early years provision in line with the principles and requirements of the ‘Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage’.

We are open for registrations
and visits

Please call us on 0208 986 3344 or 07951 796604 to find out more about our nursery or to book a visit.

Best wishes from Natalia and the Montessori on the Park Nursery Team.

We are pleased to report that the majority of our children have now returned to Nursery following the relaxation of social distancing measures by Government.  We recognise that this is a continues to be a worrying and confusing time for parents of young children and that some of the information in the media may add to your concerns.

The Nursery is satisfied, having completed our own comprehensive risk assessment, that it is as safe as possible for our children to return and for our Nursery to remain open, but we are alert to the ongoing risks.

We have reached this conclusion after careful examination of the data at a local level, a detailed reopening plan based on advice from Public Health England (PHE) and an evaluation of the risk to our staff, based on their health and household risk factors.

The UK Chief Medical Officers have issued a statement on education and childcare reopening which states that there is a very low rate of severe disease in children from coronavirus (COVID-19).

However, we thought it would be helpful to provide you with additional information on the more localised picture.

LEARNING
Our main aim is to provide a secure and happy environment where children can learn through play.  Our Montessori approach focuses on the development of the whole child, physical, social, emotional and cognitive.
SETTLING IN
Your first settling in sessions will give you and your child an opportunity to get to know your child’s Key Person.
OUTDOORS
We are situated on Victoria Park, which offers our children fantastic opportunities for outdoor learning and exploration.  We also have the benefit of an enclosed outdoor play area.
FOOD
Our menus are designed by the nursery chef and a paediatric dietician to meet the needs of each age group.
“I cannot express how grateful I am for everything that all the Montessori team have done over these years for both my kids . From baby room to Pre-school, we feel privileged to have known such an exceptional group of people.”
“Thank you so much again! You will always be in our hearts.”
“Montessori On The Park is an extended home and staff are like family for me and my children. I will be forever grateful to have found this nursery where my children are happy, safe and full of friends.”

“The last day at Montessori will be emotional, not just as it marks the first of the milestones he passes, but also that we both feel that Jasper will be leaving a part of his family.”
“Such a lovely nursery. Our child settled here in just a few days and has been happy ever since.”
